Hi, I'm looking for a roommate (female only) for a furnished bedroom in a 1 bedroom apartment, $500/month + shared utilities (about $20-30). Deposit is $500.

The room is available at the beginning of September.

- The apartment is right behind Nait. It takes only 3-5 mins walk to Nait.
, k2 ~) }% }% A* f- T( v- The closest bus stops are also 3 mins walk from the apartment.
) T$ J2 g: s* L- There are lots of buses to many places in the city.

$ F8 G& f" o7 q' Y+ Bus no.130 goes directly to University of Alberta in 27 mins.

+ You can take no.8, no.9, no.12, or no.130 to Kingsway Mall in 8 mins.
+ No. 12 can drop you at Superstores or Canadian Tire in 10 mins. + Lots of restaurants (eg. Subway, Korean BBQ, Lan's Asian Grill, Smitty's, etc.) and stores (eg. Value village, Dolarama, convenient stores, etc.) are just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.
