We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.8 p6 j' S; V# l6 b# d2 n. b2 q

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments4 q6 r. ]. T( v! Z: M
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies8 E2 e8 {8 D, C* z* d0 Y2 O
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines5 k6 \" S' p& ]9 w6 J# m* @. G0 M
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;7 U1 o6 [, E0 \
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;; B4 J7 P( J) k4 R/ q9 K. A$ n
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;- v; J1 i; }# i3 l
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
