The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

+ K, M7 U6 }+ b( J8 B2 R0 T( kCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
+ e& H: ^2 h, G9 \0 ?, H9 aWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
: F* [+ k9 o" {9 H: V% R1 LAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
2 d2 c: ^7 ]- n q3 C9 HManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
, s4 k, v6 A2 N0 FOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
( o# g# n. d% l" O! I CEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
1 G6 r u# T5 j+ nConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
! \& n9 N8 M2 t2 ~/ H% G5 @/ xConduct all work within established time standards;! E2 W" ^1 H8 F

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
