+ Z( B+ p, P, z5 C& tWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
7 S) B* d3 ]( \0 C; _* cUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required- _% ^% W7 D3 g7 Q. `2 v4 ~
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset ]- B* Q" J5 T2 ?- v6 W
Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
: q t/ f" ^0 H. dAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
3 d: Q; d7 u5 b7 V" ^Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills; x# g7 F. Z" g( r6 w
Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment+ W$ O, `4 m, ^* x' _& G0 ]' E
Previous banking experience would be an asset" ] Z8 c* E! S0 g
Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
