Position Summary

S( [: e* mWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.! _6 M& i5 F, F4 s8 r$ }& W

+ \- Y4 Y# c- EPrimary Responsibilities
1 ?- m4 ]% U4 x$ z1 n- D* u! p/ J* W% {1 A* p' L) ^

5 {& J! {. C8 E6 s& e  K' }& zCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments6 T( q  r; B7 q5 n
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
# j, V" R$ B' x' u5 nAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
) o1 X3 ?3 L$ B" S1 S( o: r2 [Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;( `5 b4 g( T* A7 R
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
0 Y$ H; l9 ?1 O3 ?. |Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;8 Q$ O. j8 z/ ]6 f
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
; T* |2 n' c6 s4 o) l, PConduct all work within established time standards;
9 |) l, p6 d0 g) TEssential Knowledge and Skills
" {% _$ I: o4 b/ s6 Q: x) y6 l) A4 e% m: Z$ f

+ t' w2 A$ _4 \! l: S0 XExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;! z' F8 e2 {; D% W0 z- q* m
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;( S* L/ v5 R7 H3 w  w9 n
Time management skills are critical;1 K- h% l7 l0 o4 I1 f& g. M
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;1 Z! A1 A2 D- E9 N8 U* z
Attention to detail and accuracy;3 n! q" k# X6 [. u: ^7 ]( M, C( G
Strong organizational and computer skills;
: M  E' Q1 D" N9 z" a1 f( U# G$ TExcellent verbal and written communication skills;. B% @9 ^+ R7 x- k- y
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;' T( q1 ^, G! [+ O" m, Y. g6 R
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
3 `* _! J% J- U2 HAbility to work with minimal supervision;4 I" _' x& d7 s
Self-directed and highly motivated; and
$ @# [. u* _: c, PAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

. v, v: I# h0 {5 O6 Z8 P9 c# XHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;7 E/ w; E7 \5 G, l5 X$ U1 ^
Benefits package will be offered;
