The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.! _6 M& i5 F, F4 s8 r$ }& W
+ \- Y4 Y# c- EPrimary Responsibilities

5 {& J! {. C8 E6 s& e K' }& zCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments6 T( q r; B7 q5 n
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
# j, V" R$ B' x' u5 nAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
) o1 X3 ?3 L$ B" S1 S( o: r2 [Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;( `5 b4 g( T* A7 R
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
0 Y$ H; l9 ?1 O3 ?. |Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;8 Q$ O. j8 z/ ]6 f
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Compensation and Benefits
