The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.$ }! ~( S. O9 `& C6 s

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments: B5 z1 u) }; ? N$ T2 {
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
% j2 Q+ P1 A7 c1 R2 VAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
4 d, j/ S1 j6 d8 zManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;3 S5 S& l1 ~ Y
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
% \1 Q1 e( f: e: v. [1 n- ?Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;" l7 k! q* I9 r
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
