1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner2 M+ B' o& J1 S \5 F
2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects( ^) t8 z/ x, K+ h( N
3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems

5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.0 z/ X9 ~4 n+ D v' N
6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents3 J: K: q/ F2 k. y
7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff" c/ k' j0 E7 _9 a

Qualifications
& a0 @0 t# p% n( G1. Caring, enthusiastic, and professional$ e+ Y& a' n" z) @/ \; g& J8 K
2. University degree or college diploma
% J2 N% A! h d) D, r! C3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
) v+ c, R8 y* x. i5 R4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines5 @5 ]6 g0 k2 u! j0 Y \
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
" U; q) \8 R7 w ?) h& L3 o B7 o6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner2 ]9 A8 f& T2 p8 r# ^3 @) e2 i
7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
! k) V' X% L" T1 x) u8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
& P, x9 d9 R) r% z$ K5 }. N9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset
