Developing, planning, and implementing projects by coordinating in-depth with our clients and internal staff

1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner
6 k$ Z% }6 `, b6 I, S; C. M2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
. h) t! B0 [' [" a5 F3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems4 s. V. Z* }- Z2 V. }4 _
4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline. & D. k7 L7 u! T0 B& b) |/ y
5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

1. Caring, enthusiastic, and professional

3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
* Z4 e2 C) {# w- U4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
( K2 r: j6 J& N P* L* S5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
- j" O* w7 A$ b, n9 `. J7 {6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner

8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)4 n. q7 i) @) l
9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset
