咨询卖房银行贷款违约罚金问题

当初申请的25年贷款，mortgage大概12万多，固定利率五年 close 2.84%。现在刚过来一年多，打算卖房。请问大概需要支付给银行多少违约金？多谢，多谢。

如果这是5大银行的mortgage，你可以把余额转给buyer，或者转到你新买的房子上，这样不会有任何罚金，你只需支付大概300刀的服务费。否则的话，在payoff mortgage之前，用现金做个最大限额的lump sum prepay。这样可以减少银行计算罚款的基数。
