the tentant said they don't know what happened and just realize it now. now the water is in the small washroom, laudry room and storage area.

is it tetant responsibility or mine to fix the trouble?

也可能是出水道堵住了。那样的话，家里用水（楼上楼下）地下室（一般在热水器附近有个出口）水就溢出来。

好像，如果就Tolet 被堵住，不会发大水。
