Full-time Receptionist Needed

CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
4 r! s/ _% s2 D3 T! Z* \$ k6 N( |-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
  k" B% q8 R7 w3 x-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
0 ^7 S3 H2 `- i" \' s1 s-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

7 q1 ~4 M9 n( B9 G1 WRequirements:
" \9 s! b6 N" M# C  L% h-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
) {3 w& R) L+ F+ n-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
2 _. T" E( f$ x$ l7 z% H5 F-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
