CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

Description:
1 D, W, F4 H4 x* e! P: [-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
7 N1 H( y& v/ W& v$ \7 ^+ Z-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
3 a7 {7 |6 G# j! X-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Strong verbal English.
" T; v; I% r8 w( Z% ^-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
) E4 h7 O1 N/ f1 d& l/ _5 y' ?-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
2 r! v6 R8 T) c3 Q3 B9 r- I/ D& S-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
