# ~% P# Q" c: B' NYour job responsibilities will include:
0 v- H3 m' t6 |  G- G  Q8 T•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
9 k4 f2 ]" f  |7 W+ O. Y1 h4 O•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
1 m% c+ q# M) R7 N& e+ t•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
$ {5 L- F" v$ T6 H; U# V+ @# q•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
& T9 D3 r. T1 a$ d1 j/ l6 d•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
•Perform AP Invoice matching
•Prepare month-end AP accrual

( u! x% h; P8 ~3 s2 K, F5 YThe ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
