# v9 B) Z4 H" r' h0 LYour job responsibilities will include:
* ~& z+ Z, C; s9 w•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
' ^) g$ n% b/ @•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
8 Y% c; P4 t1 x% _5 e6 q# {•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
$ o" }" J- l0 Z, \- e) G7 \; L: [•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
•Perform AP Invoice matching
•Prepare month-end AP accrual

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
