I thought it was a Canadian Passport.5 t" I6 m$ t1 ?3 v5 x/ L& {
3 y+ c% v0 F6 O6 f7 \It should be easier with the Chinese passport. Talk to The Chinese Officer, get his name and extension #, gather your primary information of applicants, including names, DOB, home address info, previous Chinese passport No., you may have to go to Notary Public to produce a statement claiming that you have lost the passport in the mail. Then they will be able to issue you a new one. Assume that your PR landing paper or maple leaf card is OK. Send them a notarized copy as well to prove who you are.
