最近gradonhill和allard都有开始售连排townhomes
想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.

自住可以，只要喜歡便成，出租買新房似乎不化算
