Edmonton home builders say they are working non-stop to meet a demand they haven’t seen since the boom of 2005.( o6 D. z" _: P* g

Builders started construction on 468 new single detached homes last month, a 34 per cent increase from August 2013.8 m* ^( W6 q6 r# g3 ^! j' N

“Right now we're running flat out, we’re building as much as we can,” said Rob Busby, construction manager for Landmark Homes.
