$ X# r, ], D% a  Q! {) }8 YDuties & Responsibilities:

- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
. Q4 _' H, r) M# O* b- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
; j; d6 s: m% ^- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
6 a2 l9 O% K8 b5 m. T- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
6 W. k& g( \; ^7 Z- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

9 o) w  f7 ~7 U3 T5 z- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
7 r+ x9 V5 g1 S3 F& |* a% B& U* H( O% `- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
