土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

Potatoes: boiled and cut into cubes

Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
" i1 @/ A! }, z% _$ aMix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
