卖房 deck， fence survey

买来新房， 做了 fence 和 deck。卖的时候是不是要做 survey 和 政府批准？ 大家有没有 survey 公司推荐， 谢谢。

! I6 w+ K6 R( B$ FI only got the contractor to build the fence only, which doesn't require any permit.

: P# U3 ^% W' r4 KDo you have walk out basement? If the deck is within certain limit (not walk out), I don't think you need a building permit.

我记得买方也可以叫对方 买 title insurance的，如果没有最新的RPR
