outdoor electrical outlets don't work

I have used the outlets before, but not work this year. both the back yard (with reset and test button) and the front yard (outside the garage , used winter car plug, no reset and test button).  have checked panel in basement, nothing wrong.

can anybody know how or help me to fix them? will pay.

the house is in south tewillegar area.

Push test button, then push reset button. One possible solution.
