Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

' Q7 W, s- v5 @8 J6 v We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

0 t8 B2 d- u3 O  }6 v2 D3 u The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities will include:
•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
6 Z' f$ s, k  }9 M  n•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
- C8 b0 F% r9 l, Z/ {1 s1 P" b4 q•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
7 Y9 j& E+ N# h% v* f3 Y- P. ~•Keep work area clean.
8 i/ `; Y% m1 R  I) b/ ~8 I' m•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

Primary Qualifications Required:
$ E9 ~1 Z5 u5 R! ~! x0 k: A•Basic English communication skills
8 O. z" f5 W8 M+ H! h7 c6 C5 {. d•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
2 N, R2 t6 i6 ]( s& s! a•Good eye sight.
•Able to lift up to 50 lbs
) q' ?0 h  {' L8 d1 C•Ability to work under constant pressure
" f* b. A- p* \. {•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Starting wage:  $16.40.

•Check Units to pass Quality Expectation

•Patch units
•Hot melt super spacer units
$ i9 i6 F( B( t- D4 S•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines
