I have been looking into Windermere.9 y" l' S8 G6 H& C& c. X _
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.2 B( w1 w) w* _; t1 `4 t$ C
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
; K2 c+ J; j+ e- fThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.' L+ q1 t+ B+ |! g* T

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
