I have been looking into Windermere.9 L) v% p) I! J. b4 w+ E, S; }
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
' X+ R$ q: q7 bJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.9 S8 V5 i& M6 \2 V& k
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes./ x: q& f$ A: m1 m7 c

# L5 j8 S c- ?0 x# XThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
4 O/ W5 O' x& {" e4 IDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
