I have been looking into Windermere.0 y* ^9 s) I" U2 ?" N
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
! m. Y. |. {6 p& n) u4 m* w' sJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
3 A! _5 i4 L B" p0 W% }The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes., V2 n8 o4 E W4 p( V5 ?

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?
3 N4 q" K: _3 C1 E( |That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.* u7 y- Y z6 n. P0 ^' @% M- O
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
