I have been looking into Windermere.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
7 ^0 \) K8 c, x% Y( k% c4 C& @, C, pJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.2 Y9 t/ [- E% ^3 b
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.
