Rooms are unfurnished. Rent: $1150 per 3 ppl. Utilities are $85 per person per month. So each person will be paying ~$470 per month considering utilities included. One parking spot is available. Access to kitchen and laundry. 3min walk to Belgrevia LRT station and 6 min walk to UofA main campus
