留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

7 @! l) ?9 V+ I+ Yyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
