JOB DESCRIPTION) v9 `3 @- w* L* m0 @& O
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 0 T/ `7 V' s. K1 @" v8 g
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;, K% R* t6 T+ Y9 [% f, d+ J
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
2 Z4 A% `% |7 f3 a6 a% Q4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
" `4 z& w/ r. _: j, x5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
3 `, F( M+ s. r0 n, C9 Z7 T6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; / T2 z7 f$ v9 b# S/ t$ p
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.5 t% e8 k/ E7 a2 G

Qualifications:3 a% z  l) s) j7 d& r( ?% g
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.7 N$ L+ x. G- N9 O- Q. J+ K
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
5 K, N1 ~6 |7 V( y8 {  Q•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
! }4 H# R! q/ W- P! T0 {" \•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
. S% H; z7 a' l! e' q* i•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker

•        Must handle inquiries, requests and present information in a professional manner.
