1. Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 5 n9 C/ P w9 @2 F- Y) t, J& {; \
2. Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
+ T' O; O, h: T" a3. Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
- q8 E$ ^+ ^* _6 O1 v4. Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; {, V# T3 W! _, r3 n; ]+ B& b
5. Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;

Qualifications:
3 ~; ~) B# @1 M0 r" ^• Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.0 i* {5 O, I" Q W& u
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
