我觉着你跟CA叫劲是不可能赢的,一般来说最好的办法就是付钱,否则严重影响你的信用以后无论买车买房或者申请信用卡都是一个问题。你想告上法庭,只能告那个二房东(如果此人还在加拿大的话)只是你连对方名字都不知道,怎么个告法?好在,你都用支票付的款,也许能通过银行找到支票是谁兑现的,不过这也需要法院令才可能找到,一般银行不可能告诉你私人信息。当然你可以去银行咨询一下。再另一个办法就是报警。 2 i( J. e; ^: M2 [4 Z. u以上纯属私人建议,仅参考。

My thread was posted almost a year ago, though the agent called me like 20 times, I talked back every time and everything is good.
The problem is: Your collection record is already in Equifax now. Your credit score is going to be below average. This is a horrible story to be taken advantaged off by the original leaseholder. Sorry, there will be a lot of loss in terms of time and frustration to get this done.
