Mexico visa for Chinese?

Does anyone know how to apply Mexico visa for Chinese citizens?  Thanks.

I went to the Mexican consulate website but it was all in Spanish. No idea where to start except only knowing they have an office in Calgary.

我们全家6口去的Cancun, 没什么太多的tips,很好玩，那边的旅游业已经很成熟了。天天海边玩水，中间去了一趟玛雅城，大概60一个人
