4 q8 j$ c- U( n) f. Z( |% q1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
4 A" A3 w( P# J9 Gstill support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
& X6 K% h5 e* q8 Bthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
3 r& B$ d' E! M7 N3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
