The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
7 b- x+ g" q7 h3 `+ a4 S1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
: u# o. ^9 _3 H2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
  {; U/ c9 G. ?3. Blue color: price change each month.

still support the further price increases.
