PCwhoop is a computer shop with a well-trained and knowledgeable team to offer professional computer service and repair, sale computer parts, computer accessories and refurbished computers, and customize programmable LED signs as well.  Now a position is available.

Position Overview
•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
& j. A" N8 J' a0 j& d7 {% g•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
4 l7 a& q( g5 V) b. \. S3 P# O•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
