1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.- I* K4 [$ H/ _5 r
2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.8 v4 d/ ^* T! ?7 M9 u4 o
3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.) { K4 I7 d& X3 M) {

2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
