attending both Orientation and MUGs, you will receive a great deal of

of volunteers ready to help you when you get to campus. Specifically ; T9 {2 _ l3 d
look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth # O' v% e! a% [7 J4 y
of directional information.

]+ H0 Q, x! p+ S% zBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening # h* W$ h* I3 c2 z, I
activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend 0 m0 d# b. l- ~& Y- A& p. v. \6 V
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday ( c& P m+ u8 H7 K
evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in
7 @7 k; C( q2 a0 @/ \6 ~4 pHawrelak Park.

9 N( |9 g* `7 E( u: G: uSeptember 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,
1 L. \$ a9 p4 H, o& W- W4 M" yand then continue to meet with for the entire year.2 e* D. [8 D3 Q6 g* Y& S

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you : n7 R& P! @, x4 X7 x. X' N% ^
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
$ w7 P% T; u4 |. }5 ~your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
$ Z' X$ i& m8 y$ Q, p* iONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
4 i7 d$ U& p2 N+ Syour ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
. L% o E+ i) Uof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
: G% z# f. J7 B) K4 zComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic 2 S# C1 q4 M1 ?! ], z$ {( y
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and % t( A# K* [) i4 N! [! b3 F* ?' H
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the , _+ w' _3 D1 q- F
two days of Orientation)./ c0 Z+ y' r; L+ J
