/ o- k0 p1 M1 z  [) n  fTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:

  U$ S2 L* k& D' ^3 a% D  |    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
* @5 q% E* k6 A$ c# X. g+ {    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
- }# d6 I# ]$ B8 ^, j, {    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
- h' X1 V( R2 g1 l' L4 u1 ~  a# u    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
8 `9 u6 c) r( J) V7 u    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
    Actively participate in training initiatives
7 i7 P; @  e& i+ {    Participate in community marketing initiatives

0 b* U- a  G1 oThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
4 I& m' M1 Y! y
    High School and or Post Secondary Education
  }$ d7 ^* d# Y0 W  \3 v    Previous customer service experience
5 Y# R4 ~: f% y' f- u2 n    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
9 J1 B& C4 L# \& x    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
