; G6 P, @! w8 ITo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.
; v! ^+ R' i" L: L
Primary Objective/Duties of position:

6 A& D* N  ^/ A. j    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
) C$ h* ^. z5 R    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
1 u# R5 O5 R! v+ r; `# R    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
& \8 M  {. a; _+ K4 Y6 ?    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
    Actively participate in training initiatives
    Participate in community marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
4 n# X0 G  t3 q8 V8 t' P# W9 C4 `    Previous sales experience an asset
1 D8 h( x+ X! N3 `' u  ~- R/ [    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
9 ~3 W2 N% y; h% N* X6 I    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
