Responsibilities include:

Working closely with marketing, sales and programmers to facilitate customer system integration.
Working in close contact with customers and establishing relationships, providing personalized support and problem solving.
; o- n0 E/ s) m/ E1 WTechnical support and troubleshooting of client software implementations and customer issues or problems.
4 U7 U  H; H7 v# K# bCreate and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.

-         Advanced computer and technical knowledge
" ~* A  M1 R- i0 l; X, x8 `
-         Ability to solve complex problems in an efficient way

-         Ability to communicate in an effective and constructive manner with customers or potential customers
+ b0 X/ f/ s% z" Q# \
-         Previous software support experience is an asset

-         Post-secondary education is an asset

1 N! J9 l# n4 r, V( a-         Intermediate knowledge of database and web-based software is recommended
# w4 N9 |, `1 O$ z. x! ]
-         Some programming knowledge (.NET, C#, Javascript, etc.) is recommended
