• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
* y2 @- a$ L- ^
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.2 L5 Z1 y+ o5 ^) p+ d4 Y4 y

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations./ r4 G$ r/ W; }) j1 u! F6 z$ n

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.5 n% q2 I- W' U

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

! L! c% @0 b' }/ ^9 C• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications
8 a8 ^3 U# z, Z$ N/ K8 ]• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

1 `5 V3 n2 E7 i* @2 }• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

- V, j2 t6 H$ K- R# ]$ }• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
' U9 [3 s! z9 I4 W& m
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
0 b! @2 ?* N, L+ c4 Y
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
6 e/ T9 B8 C; m9 s7 x& H
• Travel within the assigned region.
! f4 C/ O6 x% v
• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
