Key Responsibilities:

• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

) |( }' ]) u2 v2 t; P5 H# m• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.
& r% L( {% f' d2 ~- _. Y, ^- B
• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.8 q, l" H) D% p. X+ }* C

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.; J6 M8 O9 _, V0 |

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

! y& g2 z# O- |0 u1 f1 u9 GJob Qualifications [- T* _3 Z, _) h
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
& i" z3 V9 H+ D4 Y8 R& u
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

$ o; J- `4 O0 ?# O+ C• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
* S7 I d! h; D9 F! B& K) W" ?: L( v
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
; i' g: I0 z8 y" b* `
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
) D' }" |! P, N5 k7 A
• Travel within the assigned region.
