Key Responsibilities:

' _1 F9 S* C1 e) Y+ C( k$ ]6 k• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

0 s2 c- [% f" c% K) S+ f• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year./ S" i: Z. s. t$ q' ]4 X, R

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.2 [* }$ t- a0 j; G% V

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales. P0 P( ^6 y4 J2 h

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

5 X/ e5 L; i6 o# V! xJob Qualifications- u+ q1 `! T* A
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

$ r. x) W2 {% P& b" z3 `% M• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
. s/ M: e( W1 L
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

5 r& A# |* O9 _8 k' ^2 D• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

$ t4 `+ t4 @4 g' u. [5 X7 C• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills., W9 J. h$ V5 s' t/ O

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
