• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
+ h2 a$ }. U) _7 g' D9 {- F J
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

6 m7 Y& w; V5 c• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.. K# \4 n9 E( ^# t) ?

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.4 p, G' h' \( ~& r

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.( o2 D& P: K" A. n3 ?# f

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

+ e4 _) C1 f) n9 |• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.0 Z" J7 T8 d# S5 C+ N& [( @

7 {( D% l, Q$ ^7 S• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

4 d( z( _6 `7 V• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
( R% y* o- e" E; e
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

0 E+ z/ q4 w( D" o4 L% ~5 d5 g• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
% g$ k0 M9 R1 S0 s2 T* e
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.1 |" {. L$ p7 k$ i/ c, ^

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
