Hello, just wondering if I really need a lawyer when buying a new house? The builder provide lawer, I have an option to have my own, but I will have to pay the cost my self. Can anyone give me some advice if it is beneficial? * |3 s F5 P, N' u& O- M3 _2 W' V; X
