上头讲是那么讲的,但是我估计5年也会考虑.  不然上头也不会发动群众让我们内推了. 我是想看看有没中国人, 国内经验也可以凑进来的. 顺手帮帮忙, 成不成这个我决定不了. 但是能帮忙推荐.

1 b0 L0 g. f5 F  w, I- X; hPrepare End of Well Report which details cost analysis, operation analysis and provides recommendations for continuous improvement
Prepare technical specifications to be used in tenders for materials, services and equipment used in the drilling operations

Prepare management of change for drilling programs as needed
Communicate regularly with the cross discipline members of the NAO Team on progression, lessons learned cost and efficiency improvements as well as investigation on operational setbacks
Mentor junior staff
