•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
7 Q) j2 ?. h1 I3 |) ]' |' r•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
+ @8 p, J# ^5 D! Y$ d•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
& D% o' o+ S9 b, T+ a•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work ( i g( g( Y! r# E& d$ I, q
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
2 q+ D% _/ n, K" v( V! N! F•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships7 M1 Z. p: ~; h8 N( B4 H
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle% m6 p* M) q3 S! i3 o
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
