Position Overview:
* P" p1 L5 p1 T# @To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

5 C# N. h: V' c9 o' XResponsibilities
]. I# j: C0 z- s) t+ f•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
2 n$ M Y7 k$ f•Review all aspects of the RFP documents' Z7 c( n N5 L- }
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages$ u/ j0 e$ E6 z$ O- q. D4 `
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
+ X* N/ i1 T/ T2 _1 v•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
9 \, T3 ?9 f! R/ B" J C0 m5 f+ w•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
7 I) ^! ^$ o7 _7 D# i3 E' {( J& M! w4 k•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle/ F$ W' u: }1 D G; S" F+ V
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
