Maintenance Mechanic

    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
8 D, d# e6 ?. H& W' K" k, J/ g% n    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
" P8 `; x  F8 N  e" n  Z    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
* p7 t( \$ d! i& N: _- G  T. w    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
  D0 k3 t* l/ L/ y4 H/ D    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
! E  i: Q$ w1 }9 a4 h: V; N    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
% d  R1 X0 T. J1 q! f    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
& b  u0 n+ V8 p+ K: Y6 R    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
; _' @& L4 I; |1 M4 j! a    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
' n6 y5 j) _8 g; ^. K' n3 K    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
) Q1 Z6 s$ K2 {2 P! ]    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

* P7 Y* l: r+ J" V    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
4 A" j3 V+ t% {* p$ v5 \7 K0 Q    Field and site experience an asset；
9 Q( z$ Y/ r! u+ _7 y: G    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
/ n$ E0 F, z( C. i9 A! C' ?# z9 z    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
1 o/ n2 @; y  i7 E% E    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
