Diao Yu Cheng, also known as the Angling City, is one of the greatest ancient battlefields of China. Around 700 years ago, the Chinese built a fortress here as a countermeasure to the aggressive Mongolian invasion. As a result Angling City had experienced more than two hundred military confrontations that miraculously endured for thirty-six years before it was finally conquered by Monka in Year 1279.

The stronghold is located on a hill surrounded by rivers on three sides. It could be a little precipitous to climb but you will be astonished with its natural scenery.  During our visit you will also be presented with numerous ancient barracks, city walls, temples, armories and other arsenal ruins.
