You read right! This morning during our official Centennial launch at City Hall, EPL Board Chair Ellen Calabrese-Amrhein announced that starting March 13, library cards will be free for all Edmontonians during our Centennial year. " `" q U6 D2 t. H

Sign up or renew your library card between March 13 and June 1, 2013 and you could win round-trip airfare for two on United's non-stop service to New York, courtesy of EIA.
