Job Responsibilities
V( G4 X9 ?' S$ _" _• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.- O1 M2 w+ m. R0 @
• Oversee hotel security requirements. $ T$ B2 c% F2 P- N Z+ s; C8 f/ n
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
( S: d6 m' j2 g8 q$ d• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
6 T# n" L) z/ e6 B# j• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.
. t( F, `% W- e; t' u• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
: t+ T7 [( b/ e( b• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.. l/ t# u. s/ [: a9 k* x
• Attend Cluster meetings. * d: @7 \7 C# E2 `9 ~- E9 X
• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.# @; ]' k$ A# w' t( [, P# @# q
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
. j. N, D0 [9 W$ ~! s/ J/ x• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies7 M# B6 w1 g) y7 u
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

Requirements:
. n& r' n$ B. I( `8 c! h# R•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property f* I+ E2 Y- g [6 c8 _) x
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;' @; h, q8 Y% l5 W/ l5 l: P
• Ability to lead and develop;
( M" d0 Y* J4 o• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;2 C9 f3 i& L9 `7 P. w1 F
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
