Compensation: Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)

Hours of Work: This position works 44 hours per week.

Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles 4 i3 {; `: p5 \
Requisition parts and materials, as required.+ f8 u' X( ^) U' J
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
8 S w! X' e* A! T, k+ ~$ CProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).( |4 V2 d1 n' v
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.! P( T; S4 r+ G

Qualifications:
7 R% l4 {! K& g" ~& e 3 g& a0 A& F3 L% d9 Y/ q2 ]. G: Y- p' _
Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
$ u" e8 T+ P5 y. {, x; f5 o0 ~Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
5 ]( U( @/ p4 ?# APreference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
