Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
Your Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)
Hours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.

Group benefits package starts after 3 months.


Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

$ L: Y& k* x" J. H8 }Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
# V# u  A) L1 Q9 Q! HCreate and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
. v2 x3 h5 y, T) s$ K! j3 `Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.
Other assigned duties.

Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
8 f! m+ @/ L. m  c- HApplicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
