Responsibilities

·         Engineering 480V to 38kV switchgear
  n* A# L0 t* {1 Z* o
1 A! j4 u" b7 r; y3 V7 D·         Engineering 2.4kV to 7.2kV Motor Control Centres including softstarters and autotransformer starters
( ?- T/ D2 f" ]/ {) Y$ x! Q* u6 p, s! i7 F3 H9 B8 V4 `+ x
·         Engineering fully integrated electrical buildings
/ k( r3 f: X, B- `4 ]6 W  w& Q8 D2 `' L' r; G
·         Reviewing vendor drawings
9 O' z1 B6 {% N0 ~. _2 }. C$ E3 o4 j$ V- d1 s
·         Analyze customer drawings, specification and engineering notes in order to create a design that meets the customer’s needs.

) J& V" Q# ^) q4 X5 t. ?+ j·         Create a scope of work by identifying the company’s agreed to obligation.

$ M8 S/ d& ]2 _+ ^·         Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. : l  b( |2 |) Q5 o

·         Assist project management and estimation with draft budget changes, based on customer design/scope changes.9 M7 l" ]4 B5 e" `9 R
; l, m6 E; ?8 g' b
·         Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
* x( L! f$ _/ F( [& u( c. E0 k+ L- H! m0 j& A" k
·         Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
% M0 G' ?: F6 B& h4 G4 x7 s/ d8 E
·         Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. 2 N4 t. e  a8 ^" E+ ~, N, D
3 x, A* N6 C" B, U/ G$ t
·         Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

·         Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project and the company.

Position Requirements

3 P' Q, Y! z# I·         BSc in Electrical Engineering
% |# M5 m0 e$ Z9 \2 f2 o/ r6 \& j$ j! \1 G! t# Y; |
·         Registered with APEGGA as an Engineer in Training
! z1 D+ @- o, K
, T% {1 E, ]7 Q, C·         Attention to detail is a must
% e0 g3 b$ J! z. e3 r8 L' Y) V0 ]  E
·         Experience using AutoCAD is an asset
' L- T, }3 K9 w3 {+ o, E6 {* E1 O( R$ k
·         Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset' T- L+ O2 {0 V0 v7 |& y

+ T! G' V# `- s1 z7 O- D* w# L·         Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. + m' J& U1 Q# U$ x0 g* g) w

* \  T% j6 p& @·         Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. 7 d& ?" q( e* x

·         Be willing to travel# F4 q2 \1 Q* t2 P0 m1 I0 W

Work Conditions

# T7 k/ X: s  p. Y  BSome travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.

挺吓人的一个Responsibilities的描述,是manufacture公司吗?如果不是乱写的Responsibilities,这个职位的上升空间应该很大,new grad勇敢的往前冲吧。
