% `- A/ w; c" `$ I! V" z·         Engineering 480V to 38kV switchgear

·         Engineering 2.4kV to 7.2kV Motor Control Centres including softstarters and autotransformer starters

  P4 ^1 K* `$ M$ @·         Engineering fully integrated electrical buildings

2 U' L& J: E* m# ]: s& s% \·         Reviewing vendor drawings

·         Analyze customer drawings, specification and engineering notes in order to create a design that meets the customer’s needs.

·         Create a scope of work by identifying the company’s agreed to obligation.

) |# N3 _4 r) [* ?2 ?" `·         Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

) `' q  }  y; Y7 o) ]- t: M·         Assist project management and estimation with draft budget changes, based on customer design/scope changes.

) h% Z% X. O" U$ g7 _( p* U4 z$ a·         Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

·         Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

·         Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Position Requirements

/ B1 v$ J7 C* T% G! R·         BSc in Electrical Engineering
7 {8 {5 U4 _! N- ]5 Q( T  ]9 H/ P3 J
·         Registered with APEGGA as an Engineer in Training

- k9 r: y+ T. T4 S5 o. b" Y·         Attention to detail is a must
& L+ k! e( s+ |" u9 k
' y9 l4 D' S8 h" h·         Experience using AutoCAD is an asset

·         Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset

% X2 w7 f& @. }9 y( |1 G·         Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
' x# D: H# P8 |3 L3 V2 Y; h
* m2 {" H) l- w' ]& s* _# a·         Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
