Technical Architect
# V" E/ p7 C# MIdentifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
0 Z2 Y- m: l0 K6 ~: M! uProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
  @% K4 r+ S. t; d2 O  d/ x' E; b$ YEstablishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
Mentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
  q+ B$ k" Q( i3 t/ z( P3 F' w+ v+ rEnforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
& d3 R+ \" c: {1 UAssists management in assessing technical competence of developers.

Guiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
