求助预约美签面试时怎样刷屏

请教前辈们，预约时遇到这个画面的提示消息时，是不是就意味没有可选的面试时间而要在这个页面不停的刷屏啊？先谢谢了

我打电话问他们，他们没有正面回答我，只说可以经常看看有没有人cancel appointments。
