•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks

•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing

•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
( M# [/ i$ N; G' f5 l* x, x& \! J  ~! W•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
8 O# z% W! z6 ?•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
" n% w4 q4 ^' k& k•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
3 c, x6 v+ s8 t•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
1 p8 K  u5 u1 P•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
; `; F1 x# F' Y# x3 X$ i•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
