This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
$ B0 \9 `: Y1 X, d, Y•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
$ B# [7 X* B7 a1 s% G  C& f, M/ X! z•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
* Y( Y$ r" I+ o; D) B1 a5 n( m•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
  C9 o; U' T, l$ Z+ [2 y•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
( z( G1 h; s$ H$ V) I* m•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
( r) I, E+ G, e9 d9 j: u0 N( |7 ?•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
! y; V' X: C: L1 J8 i7 d& Y6 S•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
" e. m: C4 M! U•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
