Why I cannot get any "jifen" even if I always reply others post??

As stated in the title, how do I get "jifen"???? It seems that I never get any "jifen" by posting and replying others. I cannot afford PMs anymore....anyone can explain me???

buy and sell no JIFEN maybe even cost JIFEN
most other place has JIFEN
