• Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required$ w" r1 d/ S4 |" Q* `& M
/ }4 m* B$ D- v6 b" x8 J/ x• Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

• Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank./ R% ~6 f$ m) Z7 [" F' v
