Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
. F, N  K3 o% ^9 m+ |•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
8 d# g1 o% ]% b) ]1 ]# J•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
8 c! Y( F/ S, x: U( o•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! N" {+ b$ }" Y4 F) }- O6 v, G1 ]•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
$ v" o8 \" C* e•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
4 q- H  x2 n, w•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
/ W6 o% e- S2 ~7 M+ t. N6 K/ gExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
