• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
; O4 [0 j' ]# Q& v! n9 g2 C- j• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management: C, ^) U* T g( W3 P
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
