2 C8 z, G- L. {3 o. u+ {% W•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
; O4 [0 j' ]# Q& v! n9 g2 C- j•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
0 Z! W# X0 _9 P- t0 d1 T. O; P•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
# c! N9 {% F+ A4 v' g•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
  R( D6 I" E* a" {$ N•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

0 d5 E  M4 h9 p! Y+ |Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
. z% H# V0 Y4 w: z+ m" d9 _- lCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
, ~4 c( U' p; m4 e1 U7 OPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
