Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
$ [! U8 k: p8 c* P' r# S•        Complete and post staff schedules
$ L0 ^1 |! V) b7 ~2 @5 Q9 w- r•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
& d& B9 B! j7 S" i/ a4 W•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
2 p9 C! W# b, g9 \; O1 H•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! W* X' c$ |' r•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
6 n  W- r  I+ x( c6 P" Z7 r•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
* t1 ^% _9 ~( @+ X5 W1 @- S+ O•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

/ V5 [) ]0 |* J& \6 qExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
) ]  v7 K3 Y( D3 I) A% K0 N& J7 Q& OCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
/ ?& C7 n% C0 Z! ^7 ]" S9 e1 n- zPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
