$ D) q5 q& P* ~• Complete and post staff schedules
2 M" i7 b# ]9 b! Z• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines4 J% r& T6 R# h* }
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
* }- N2 s E9 E9 w• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
# n' S q2 d; e. T! [4 ?• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date, F: t- O/ l$ |/ y
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
4 k+ x! u3 u" x" B• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
; m% a* Q( \ ]2 g• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales* a* k. W, f3 A2 A* z3 A: Z
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 0 L# J0 J2 W. T! t- F, y- U1 F- D- F
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)5 r, T6 ?3 ^4 |& i1 K
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
