• Complete and post staff schedules
* u; F* D& T! C+ x& V( B2 G6 U• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
6 R6 P- ~3 g& b. m. x• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
5 N2 _. K1 \1 C) L• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff8 E8 \9 C: W/ {/ R z% N3 M
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
" R# ~/ N6 m2 W$ R) t+ C2 S- U• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed# |; [6 s0 b9 p
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees" n/ k: u1 H' c) f3 z. q% H
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
$ d, y9 i- w' c• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management $ K# g7 t8 f- F- \6 `
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway4 a1 z& b5 |. _1 @2 k

• Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)2 N+ H5 _% n3 ^# d I2 h( H' Y
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
