wow,你好勤快哦,这么快就去做了,太棒了。 8 Z+ s; R) c+ O: }5 ~ 5 c8 ]8 O' Z" C6 o, Z小苏打就是baking soda , x# W8 J8 b6 b! Y8 p! M3 N . T, \% {! z, g/ F, y: \原料里写鸡蛋一个是因为,这个鸡蛋有2个用处,一个是加入面粉混合物,还有一个用途是刷在桃酥表面,让桃酥看上去更漂亮。 加入面粉混合物取1/4是因为这个配方的配比问题,也就是约鸡蛋溶液12-15ml的样子。加多了水分就太高* u$ N0 I6 w' f' J% u/ w6 ~% O& \

这个配方如果你想多做,也是可以每样材料的量乘以相同倍数来增加的
