• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
6 V8 ^' c* w6 B4 S L• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules : Q5 E' d* x# [
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise

• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages - f9 U9 V! ~8 R; S3 i" Z1 f
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
