EARLY LEARNING FAMILY PROGRAM

weeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.

, c! d) H1 i' I9 u( P3 pRhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm
! i% Q* |- `1 P& o [- t5 kThis “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
9 i' m3 A5 g2 ~4 M+ n$ {$ ptheir child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for6 K2 _; v# e$ A/ o2 `8 J O
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an4 ~+ l! i) a/ T8 n7 J& ^
oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It
Q9 W% V9 d1 {5 z+ l( qencourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,
( M/ G: O+ M# f& d: W4 Yfun, and supportive environment.
& C2 S7 u# q# p% N$ a2 `* eEach family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No
