RHYMES THAT BIND
The program will be offered at St. Teresa Catholic School every Tuesday for seven
weeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.
(No session March 27th, 2012)
Snack: 3:15pm to 3:45pm
' q( X' k! Q! aRhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
: ^+ }5 K" l' u3 @, @* O2 L! e) Xtheir child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for
3 `9 T: w; \8 N) N) b- cchildren that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an
oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,
' N' a6 H5 [+ p5 W- Gfun, and supportive environment.
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No
registration is required; a snack will be provided.
