- l9 s  C3 V4 |Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
6 o/ V% B, p. ]% l; P•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
2 C4 p0 K5 c0 D1 @8 W4 ~•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
" w7 h" ^0 r9 J- ~- M•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
, O. l' z! a* N+ E•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
  W6 j- s9 ~- v4 }9 e2 {•        Completion of secondary education is required
- Z3 r% X4 J4 e1 u0 J! G•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
