: l. x& g  o% @, Q! v' H4 r•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
* v, m3 R/ n* _% f" }" @•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
- m; r: b! i: l, x! I( L•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
, @/ B3 n. s% _- S/ _•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
. j- v  U& C- c0 z9 H•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
" q- w2 ~4 O$ ~: T" m•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
