& `, N- t# ~# E  Y9 iMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
  \: `0 [( d0 t' Q. T# h# o•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
+ N2 T% e: f& j+ `% K# `! C4 L•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
0 E1 N6 i" M) }4 S! X  K2 f9 ?•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  Y8 g; q3 p( U7 H' j$ n7 M. _•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
! F9 m4 i- m% W  A, M* ^2 V•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
