Position:         Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6212)

Location:         11190 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, AB, T6W 1A2
Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
+ p& {1 p9 x; v/ V. pShifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
& E" l3 p' a5 X" \•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
0 K5 g. w/ h' q; @4 _0 V•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
) _1 G( r( H  v! W  {! x: z1 Y; M•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
