Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- U7 p2 }3 J$ ?• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.& C" H1 X D) v
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
, V1 O1 |; R1 F• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.: j) g/ n1 d3 P' q" Z/ }* A
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. 2 s9 T8 P8 W# ]$ F |+ Q
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.' F* R) Q; |8 } s/ l+ j
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.2 u: U( c- f7 X; I3 {2 B u0 e
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.

• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program., }) V C C0 F2 \, L) e
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

Qualifications
# D4 k2 z; k' V/ ]# A6 QRequirements:$ x0 `. q0 g P4 }* M* n7 ~/ J/ _
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. 1 V. m+ [/ M$ y$ }' v
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. " c, }* g4 V) s: H; V2 {
• Strong Union Relations experience required.
* z4 n/ i5 r9 K0 a• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
