8 P- h+ v+ Q+ p  J) D1 A. D$ C: KReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:- D9 ^+ q6 t0 _5 `+ }2 X
•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
- @) W8 N, U& ]+ P0 y•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
: C" ?/ V, x; ?% W, M- `•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.* c4 d2 Q+ s4 h& A3 R* `% G
•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
. _& I& }! |% ]6 z•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. * }4 p1 C1 ^3 E
•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
; j  D% h! q" L$ Z4 c+ Z•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
- m) H/ I% x! h•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
, p* F, r% @) K5 I" z5 E•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP)., t) Q- v; c8 I* \8 t
•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

•        Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.
7 l" E1 G8 F5 O+ G•        Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  Q: k4 M4 p) E4 g$ H9 u•        Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Requirements:! @! n# l( C; ^9 z- [1 J
•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. # R5 X: x% T, N3 J  |1 y
•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. 2 I$ V9 ?+ N9 v8 n: V
•        Strong Union Relations experience required.
  S/ X1 Y( U) F2 \- G- T•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.% [; s  e3 w. A  |7 d1 Q) t
•        CHRP Designation is an asset.
