+ r& w& m9 }1 v; _ JReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
: \" n- U5 C) f. y• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.& F o7 _6 E, X- _
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.5 @! {4 o" \. v1 L
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. # b5 A; v {. i) e
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates./ R6 F7 _# |1 K }
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.8 Q! h- V* o6 o3 S0 Q
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.1 T. x5 H7 Y6 R4 r, l; p( k) m
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).$ j+ p6 K- d' |8 h8 `- E, ?8 s9 [
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications0 O* G b& v' P% P) a h
Requirements:
% C9 G+ D2 h# I& e1 }4 f• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. # D+ p: G+ h% D/ i
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
8 n' K( Q5 G, v' a• Strong Union Relations experience required. : G% s# w5 A1 U& q7 z5 s& O. k
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.$ Z0 r6 ^; o9 n+ c; A
• CHRP Designation is an asset.
