Tracer Industries Canada Limited (owned by Tyco Thermal Controls) is now accepting applications for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.* Y4 G) ~& F" _
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development." V ~ k2 o: M4 Y4 w( s
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.& v8 p# j* Z* C
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. 3 g8 f/ U3 O2 p( v
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
7 |6 q; z. _0 o* c• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.. B* \$ K+ t5 N% I8 n" ?" J! l$ _- S
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
5 J8 I" P4 I! O; P8 ^• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
4 {( W# c a( l- p+ M& k4 S" H• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

. C( y: Q% `2 ^* b: [ w• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.
z2 w6 n. l# D. D' ] w• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.
% ^ N8 Q. t7 V* Z0 u" ?• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
/ `9 d1 \4 U# e/ u• Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications; x, \( h! G% M7 V; x
Requirements:
+ Z% i! Q4 V' a. |7 K• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
* R+ B$ d% x9 L7 a: @4 k• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
D' q) j" [$ ]8 W• Strong Union Relations experience required. 5 q8 ^! p* u7 i# q
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
/ e! S" U- L& X1 V7 D• CHRP Designation is an asset.; i" Q' D" ^8 O2 }( L+ h' L
