Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- P2 ]" t' S- v: y& x•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
- U7 p2 }3 J$ ?•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
, V1 O1 |; R1 F•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
6 G: H$ D$ k0 r9 t! f* j•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
•        Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.
, }8 t5 v7 u4 S, \. n3 q•        Attend and participate in departmental meetings.
•        Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

Qualifications
# D4 k2 z; k' V/ ]# A6 QRequirements:
•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
•        Strong Union Relations experience required.
* z4 n/ i5 r9 K0 a•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
7 _: V1 c- @' I0 d- O0 ^•        CHRP Designation is an asset.
